Shipping Policy

All research materials are shipped from our US facility to qualified researchers only.

Handling time

Orders confirmed before 2 PM CT on business days are processed the same day. Payment-verification orders (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App) ship after payment is matched, typically within 1 business hour of receipt during operating hours.

Carriers

• USPS Priority Mail — standard, 5–7 business days
• UPS Ground / 2-Day — expedited, 2–3 business days
• Insulated cold-chain (dry ice / gel) — 1–2 business days

Signature requirement

Orders over $200 and all cold-chain shipments require an adult signature at delivery.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

Destination restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Specific US states may be added to a restricted list following legal review; any restricted destination will be caught at checkout with a clear message.

Lost or damaged shipments

Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. Shipments confirmed lost by the carrier after 21 days are eligible for reshipment or refund per our refund policy.
