Filing a takedown notice

To file a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please email a signed notice to legal@dluxaminos.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL sufficient to locate it;
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing the equivalent statements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
