Refund Policy

Because research materials are sensitive to environmental conditions, refunds are limited to specific circumstances.

Eligible refunds

• Products damaged during shipping (photos required within 48 hours of delivery)
• Manufacturing defects verified by our QA team
• Shipments confirmed lost by the carrier after 21 days

Non-refundable

• Opened or reconstituted product
• Product refused at delivery without prior authorization
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Chargebacks filed without contacting support are disputed with supporting documentation, including this policy and the per-order research-use attestation on file.
